Corjan Mol is a Dutch entrepreneur, author, historical investigator and television presenter. He has been a cast member of The Curse of Oak Island since 2019 and presents Straten van Toen, a series that recreates historical streets with AI. With Christopher Morford he wrote The Jerusalem Files, a bestseller in the US and Canada and in 2027 will release The Sandbar Six, a fact-based historical adventure series for young readers.

Corjan Mol is a Dutch entrepreneur, author, historical investigator and television presenter. His fascination with historical mysteries began in 1995 with Holy Blood, Holy Grail and thirty years of research into Rennes-le-Château, which led to an appearance in the BBC series Forbidden History.

Since 2019 he has been a cast member and researcher on The Curse of Oak Island, the popular History Channel series broadcast in 79 countries. Since January 2026 he presents Straten van Toen, a series that uses AI to bring historical Dutch streets back to life.

With Christopher Morford he wrote The Jerusalem Files (Watkins / Penguin Random House), a bestseller in the US and Canada. Their children’s series The Sandbar Six starts in summer 2027. Alongside this, Corjan is a managing partner at Projective Group. He lives in Valkenburg.

Corjan Mol is a Dutch entrepreneur, author, historical investigator and television presenter whose work explores historical mysteries, lost artifacts and the point where history and technology meet.

It began in 1995 with a copy of Holy Blood, Holy Grail. What started as curiosity became an annual tradition: treasure-hunting journeys with his father through the French Pyrenees, following the trail of Rennes-le-Château, the mystery that inspired The Da Vinci Code. He built an online archive on the subject, hosted the Rennessence podcast with Andrew Gough and the late Filip Coppens, and was invited by the BBC to appear in Forbidden History.

Since 2019 Corjan has been a cast member and researcher on The Curse of Oak Island, the History Channel’s flagship documentary series, broadcast in 79 countries. His investigations for the show took him to Portugal, the Azores, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Nova Scotia. He also appears in Tales from Oak Island, Beyond Oak Island and Digging Deeper.

Since January 2026 he presents Straten van Toen (Streets of the Past), a series that uses AI to recreate Dutch streets at the moments that shaped the country’s history.

With American researcher Christopher Morford he wrote The Jerusalem Files (Watkins / Penguin Random House), which follows the Menorah from Jerusalem through medieval Europe to North America. It became a bestseller in the US and Canada. The two have signed a multi-book deal for The Sandbar Six, an adventure series for young readers based on real historical mysteries. The first book, The Secret of Morris Island, is published in summer 2027.

Corjan is a managing partner at Projective Group, a financial services consultancy of 1,200 people he helped grow from a team of 25. He produces music as Stage Republic and lives in Valkenburg, in the south of the Netherlands.
